Nothing warms the belly and soul more than a perfectly spiced, flavorful Indian curry! In this class, we will go over the basic techniques & ingredients you need to layer flavors in Indian cooking. Once you master the basics and learn how to make a weeknight-friendly curry, you and your family will be creating dinners like this again and again. We will make our own spice-blend for the curry during the class. The menu is gluten-free and can be adapted for vegetarian and vegan lifestyle. Menu : Jeera Rice Chicken Korma Spinach and Chickpea Curry Served with kachumber (refreshing salad consisting of fresh chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, & onions), raita, and pickles. The class is BYOB!
